Warranty & Refund Policy

Warranty Coverage

All products sold on OnePayNow come with a warranty period as specified on the product page. The warranty covers login failures, account suspensions, and credential issues that are not caused by the buyer.

3-Tier Warranty Formula

Tier 1 (0-50% of warranty period elapsed): Full replacement or 100% wallet refund.
Tier 2 (50-75% elapsed): Replacement attempt first, or 50% wallet refund.
Tier 3 (75-100% elapsed): Store credit coupon (10% of original price).

Replacement Priority

We always attempt replacement before refund. If stock is available, a new set of credentials will be issued automatically. The warranty period extends by half of the original duration after replacement.

Backorder Policy

If a product is out of stock at time of purchase and backorder is enabled, your order enters a waiting queue (FIFO). If stock is not replenished within 24 hours, the order is automatically cancelled and fully refunded to your wallet.

Full Refund Scenarios

100% wallet refund is issued when: stock is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled, the product is dead on arrival (DOA), or customer requests cancellation within 24 hours with no credential usage.

How to Request Warranty

1. Go to your Vault → Orders → select the order.
2. Click "Request Warranty" and provide evidence (screenshots/screen recordings of the issue).
3. Our team will review and resolve within 24 hours.

Card Refund Timing

If you paid by bank card through our acquiring partner, refund is returned to the same card that was used for payment. Depending on the issuing bank, funds may take from 1 to 30 business days to appear on your card statement.

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover: password changes made by the buyer, account sharing violations, issues caused by VPN/proxy usage when not recommended, or claims made after the warranty period expires.
