1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OnePayNow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

OnePayNow is a digital subscription marketplace that facilitates the purchase and delivery of premium digital accounts and subscriptions. We act as an intermediary between suppliers and buyers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Wallet and Payments

The OnePayNow wallet is a prepaid balance system denominated in USD. Funds deposited into your wallet are non-refundable except as described in our Warranty & Refund Policy. All purchases are final once delivery is confirmed.

5. Product Delivery

Auto-delivery products are delivered instantly upon payment. Manual-delivery products are processed by our team within the timeframe specified on the product page. Credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256.

6. Warranty & Replacements

Products come with a warranty period as specified on the product page. Our 3-tier warranty system provides full replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on the elapsed warranty period. See our Warranty & Refund Policy for details.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not: resell purchased accounts, share credentials publicly, use the Platform for illegal activities, attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.

8. Limitation of Liability

OnePayNow is not liable for service interruptions by third-party providers (Netflix, Spotify, etc.). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Remaining wallet balance may be forfeited in cases of fraud or abuse.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
