Delivery Terms

Digital Delivery

OnePayNow sells exclusively digital goods (subscription credentials, account access). Physical delivery is not performed; there are no postal or courier shipments.

Delivery Methods

Auto-delivery: Immediately after payment, credentials are assigned from stock and become visible in your personal Vault. The process takes a few seconds.

Manual delivery: For items requiring manual provisioning, our team processes the order within the timeframe indicated on the product page (typically up to 24 hours). You receive a notification when credentials are available.

Geography

Because the product is digital, delivery is available worldwide wherever access to the OnePayNow website is available. Special focus markets: Russian Federation and CIS.

Cost

Delivery is free — it is already included in the product price.

Receiving the Product

1. Log in to your account.
2. Open the "Active Subscriptions" section of your Vault.
3. Click the eye icon next to the order to reveal the credentials.
4. Copy the credentials (email/login/password) and log in to the target service.

Failures and Warranty

If credentials do not work on receipt, contact support through the chat or at support@onepaynow.net within the warranty period. See the Warranty & Refund Policy.
